Automating a broken process only makes it fail faster.
Operations and AI consulting for businesses. We improve your process first; then we automate it.
Signs your operation is paying an invisible tax
Data copied by hand
From one tool to another, several times a day, always by the same person.
Reports rebuilt every week
Someone rebuilds from scratch what was already built last week.
Errors caught too late
You see them when the client complains, not before.
Knowledge that lives in one head
If that person is out for a day, the process stops.
Order matters
Ten years optimizing supply chains at Amazon and Faurecia taught me one rule: technology amplifies what's already there. If the process is good, it multiplies it. If it's bad, it multiplies the problem. That's why I always work in this sequence:
We map the real process, not the one in the manual. Where time is lost, where errors pile up, which steps add nothing.
We redesign the flow before touching a single tool. This is usually where half the benefit shows up.
Only then does AI come in: we automate the already-optimized process, with clear before-and-after metrics.
How I work
Process diagnosis
One or two weeks inside your operation. You come out with a clear map of bottlenecks and a prioritized plan, whether you execute it with me or not.
Redesign and automation
Closed project: we redesign the process and build the AI automation. Delivered working, documented, and in your hands.
Ongoing support
For those who want to keep improving: monthly hours of optimization, maintenance, and new automations.
What I build
Custom systems, built on improved processes. The main families:
Process automation
Flows that connect your tools and eliminate manual work.

Enter your own numbers. This is an estimate, not a promise: a real diagnosis needs to see the process up close.
Guillermo Campos Ciro
Industrial engineer by training, with a master's and a PhD in process optimization, based in Belgium. I spent ten years optimizing operations and supply chains: first in the automotive sector with Faurecia, then at Amazon. I left Amazon in the first half of 2026 to focus on what I do best: step into an operation, find where it hurts, and fix it. Today I do that for businesses, with AI as a tool, not a slogan. I work in Spanish, French, and English.
Read my storyFrequently asked questions
Do you work with businesses outside Belgium?
Yes. I work remotely in Spanish, French, and English. For clients in Belgium, Luxembourg, and France, I also work on site.
Do I need a technical team?
No. Everything I build stays documented and explained so your team can run it without depending on me.
What tools do you use?
AI models like Claude, integrations with the tools you already use, and automation built to measure. The tool is chosen last: the process comes first.
What if my process already works well?
Then I'll tell you, and we'll go straight to automation. The diagnosis exists precisely so I don't sell you unnecessary work.
Is a process holding your business back?
Tell me about it in an email. I'll reply with an honest read on whether I can help.
