How I work

Three ways to work together, depending on where your operation stands.

Process diagnosis

The starting point. One or two weeks inside your operation: interviews with your team, observation of the real workflow, and data analysis. Deliverable: a map of your process with bottlenecks quantified and an improvement plan prioritized by impact. It's yours, whether you execute it with me or with someone else.

This is for you if

  • You know something is holding your operation back but can't pinpoint what.
  • You're about to invest in technology and want to build it on a healthy process.
  • You want an outside opinion without committing to a long project.

This is for you if

  • You already know which process you want to fix.
  • You don't have an in-house technical team and need everything to be operational and explained.
  • You want measurable results, not another report.

Redesign and automation

The full project. We take the diagnosed process, redesign it, and build the AI automation that supports it: automated workflows, integrations with your tools, and AI models where they genuinely add value. Delivered working, with documentation and training for your team.

Ongoing support

Improvement doesn't end at delivery. A package of monthly hours to maintain the automations, optimize what already works, and build what's next. Priority response and a monthly review of your operation's status.

This is for you if

  • We've already worked together and you want to keep improving.
  • You'd rather have a stable technical partner than hire per project.
  • Your operation changes fast and the automations need to keep pace.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a diagnosis take?

One to two weeks, depending on the size of the process. You come out with the map and the prioritized plan, with no commitment to continue.

What if I don't have a technical team?

You don't need one. Everything is delivered documented and explained so your team can run it, or you can choose ongoing support.

Are the three services independent?

Yes. You can start with the diagnosis and decide afterward, or go straight to redesign if you already know which process to fix.

How is the price set?

The diagnosis has a short, fixed price. The redesign is quoted by scope, after seeing the process. Ongoing support is a monthly package of hours.

Is a process holding your business back?

Tell me about it in an email. I'll reply with an honest read on whether I can help.
